I’m a qualified counselling psychotherapist offering online therapy to adults across the UK.
I offer a warmth, openness, and authenticity in my work, and I aim to provide a space where you can feel heard and understood.People often come to me when they’re used to coping on their own, supporting others, or keeping things together on the outside — even when it feels difficult inside.

Your first session is a supportive space to explore what’s bringing you to therapy. There will be short time at the beginning of the session for me to take some information about you. This will help me to understand how I can support you. There’s no formal assessment unless it’s useful. Together, we’ll focus on your experiences, work at your pace, and begin thinking about the changes you’d like to make.Sessions are conducted online, which allows you to attend sessions from a place that feels comfortable and familiar to you with more flexibility when to meet.

I also offer counselling for those who would like to explore spirituality or their Christian faith as part of therapy. This can include reflecting on your beliefs, values, and relationship with faith in a way that feels supportive and meaningful to you. This approach is always led by you — there is no pressure or expectation, and I continue to offer a safe and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds without judgement.
This aspect of my work is sometimes referred to as The Vine Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I aim to reply within 24 hours. You’re welcome to ask questions before booking.
Alongside therapy, I also create a range of self-help tools that you can use between sessions. These are designed to support reflection, emotional awareness, and personal growth and understanding, at your own pace. They can be a helpful complement to therapy or a first step if you’re not yet ready for counselling. You can access them below.
